Hello !
I would like to share some information about my background. I became involved in education when my daughter, Christina entered kindergarten at Saint Anne School in 1986. I subbed in her school for a few years until a Title-1 Computer Assisted Instruction Computer Lab was installed in 1988. I managed the lab for 15 years. During this time I started night college. My goal was to earn a teaching degree. In 2003 I achieved my goal! My degree is in Special /Elementary Education. I taught in Saint Anne School for eleven years as their fourth grade teacher. When Saint Anne School closed, I was fortunate to apply and be hired at the school of my childhood-Saint Timothy! I was back in technology and loving it. When we merged, I stayed as Technology Teacher until our principal Ms Milewski asked me to return to 4th grade. I loved being back in the classroom and caring for my students for the next couple of years.
I returned to Technology in May of 2017, after recovering from breast cancer. This September I will begin my 36th year in education as Technology Teacher at BTRCS. I’m looking forward to an exciting and rewarding year!
